Delete your Janan Rewards account

  This page explains how to delete your Janan Rewards account and the personal data
  associated with it. Janan Rewards is the customer loyalty app operated by Janan (3AK
  Group).

  How to request deletion

  You can request deletion in either of these ways:

  1. In the app
  Open the Janan Rewards app, go to Profile → Delete my account, then tap Request
  account deletion.

  2. By email
  Email customerservice@janan.co.uk from your registered email address, with the
  subject line "Account deletion request".

  To help us locate your account, please send your request from the email address
  registered to your Janan Rewards account.

  What happens next

  We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days. We will confirm
  by email once it is complete.

  What data is deleted

  When your account is deleted, we remove:

  - Your account and profile details (name, email address, postal address, and phone
  number)
  - Your loyalty points and any unredeemed vouchers
  - Your app preferences and notification settings

  Your loyalty points and vouchers are lost when the account is deleted and cannot be
  restored.

  What data we keep

  Where we are legally required to do so (for example, accounting and transaction
  records), we retain limited information for up to 6 years, in line with UK law. After
  this period it is deleted. This retained data is not used for any other purpose.
